Minha observação:

         ESSA notícia certamente não procede, pois, SE verdadeira fosse, representaria nódoa estigmatizante na história do STF ! 

         A Corte Suprema do Brasil NÃO serve a governos, a pessoas ou a grupos ideológicos, NEM se curva à onipotência do poder ou aos desejos daqueles que o exercem.  

         O Supremo Tribunal Federal, expressão legítima da soberania nacional, NÃO É vassalo de potestades estrangeiras NEM instrumento servil de pretensões contestáveis, especialmente quando fundadas em pressões (ou em sutis ameaças) conflitantes com o espírito democrático que rege o Estado de Direito em nosso País!

         O STF, longe de curvar-se aos desígnios do poder político, econômico ou corporativo, jamais será infiel aos seus graves compromissos instituídos pela Lei Fundamental da República, pois tem a percepção superior de sua irrenunciável missão de velar pela   supremacia da ordem constitucional, de defender a preservação do regime democrático e de proteger a intangibilidade dos valores inerentes à soberania do Estado brasileiro !

         O Conselho Editorial do jornal americano “THE NEW YORK TIMES”, órgão totalmente insuspeito de ser “comunista” ou “de esquerda”, publicou um editorial intitulado: “A América fez uma escolha perigosa”.

         De acordo com jornalistas do NYT, os americanos “escolheram devolver Donald Trump à Casa Branca, colocando a Nação em rumo precário”

         THIS news is certainly not correct, because, IF it were true, it would represent a stigmatizing stain on the history of the STF!

         The Supreme Court of Brazil does NOT serve governments, people or ideological groups, NOR does it bow to the omnipotence of power or the desires of those who exercise it.

         The Federal Supreme Court, a legitimate expression of national sovereignty, IS NOT a vassal of foreign powers NOR a servile instrument of questionable claims, especially when based on pressures (or subtle threats) conflicting with the democratic spirit that governs the Rule of Law in our Country!

         The STF, far from bowing to the designs of political, economic or corporate power, will never be unfaithful to its serious commitments established by the Fundamental Law of the Republic, as it has a superior perception of its irrevocable mission of ensuring the supremacy of the constitutional order, of defend the preservation of the democratic regime and protect the intangibility of the values ​​inherent to the sovereignty of the Brazilian State!
